For a limited time we are offering zero contact Free Delivery for orders over $30 to residential and business addresses within the Port Macquarie / Thrumster (2444), Lake Cathie / Bonnie Hills (2445), Laurieton (2443) and Wauchope (2446) postcode areas. 

Your parcel will be left at your address unattended in the safe location you specify on the delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. There are no set delivery times. These deliveries are not via courier. Someone from our team will be making the drop offs ourselves. 

If you select this option, The Crystalest takes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages left at your nominated address.  

The Crystalest is based in Port Macquarie NSW and all orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase using Australia Post standard parcel post within Australia only. 

Standard shipping - is a flat $12 Australia wide and will be added on at the checkout.

Express shipping - is a flat $22 Australia wide and can be selected at the checkout. We endeavour to send all express post orders out the same day or next day depending on the time of order placement.

Free shipping - Orders over $120 will receive FREE standard shipping Australia wide. Must select this option at the checkout.

Please note, we cannot take responsibility for Australia Post shipping times. Shipping times vary from state to state and have been impacted by Coronavirus. If you have any questions about your items please contact us and we will follow up the shipping status for you.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct postal address is provided when placing your crystal order. Please contact us immediately if you find the address supplied is incorrect. The Crystalest cannot be held liable for any parcel that is posted to an incorrect address. 

If your parcel is redirected back to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address you will be notified via email and it is your responsibility to pay any subsequent shipping costs.

Unfortunately no, The Crystalest does not ship overseas at this time. We only offer shipping within Australia.

Shipping of all orders is tracked and you will receive an Australia Post tracking number once your order is shipped. Australia Post tracking updates will be available to the email address or phone number you provided when ordering. 

The Crystalest does not take responsibility for missing or damaged shipments with Australia Post. However we are here to help, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package and we can advise how to lodge a claim with your post office. See Damaged Goods below.

We currently accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Amex and Shop Pay through our online store powered securely by Shopify.

Other payment methods we accept include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and AfterPay where you will be redirected to their secure payment gateways to accept payment.

We take care to beautifully package all of your crystals in each and every order, making them a perfect gift for you or someone special. Each order comes gift wrapped. If your order is a gift, please let us know in the comments section and we will happily include a complementary gift card with your order.

Where possible we aim to use recyclable packaging to protect your crystals. However their safe travel to you is our top priority

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Whilst we take every care to ensure your crystals are packed securely. The Crystalest does not take responsibility for damage incurred during shipping or poor handling of your package by Australia Post.

Every shipment comes with up to $100  of compensation provided by Australia Post insurance. If you find your order is damaged upon delivery, please take the whole box, contents and packaging to your nearest Australia Post outlet and lodge a claim. 

It is a requirement of the Australia Post insurance policy that a manager of Australia Post fills out an on-line damage report form.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. 

Crystals are natural items and do exhibit unique characteristics. No two crystals are the same, while we try our best to provide you with detailed photos of all our crystals for sale, your crystals appearance may vary slightly to the images on our website. 

We recommend before purchasing any of our crystals that you do your own research into the crystal that suits your individual needs.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately, we are here to help.

We abide by Australian Consumer law and should a replacement or refund be required, the following will apply: 

- The purchaser is responsible for arranging return shipment  

- The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs

-  Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the product was purchased

- A suitably agreed replacement product will be provided (if one is available ) or alternatively a store credit of the same value of the original item being replaced will be supplied.

We would recommend you select your crystal based on that which you feel intuitively drawn to. Crystals being natural products have unique energy and aesthetic attributes.
